1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of InvoiceFlow. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service description

InvoiceFlow provides invoicing, time tracking, compliance document storage, analytics, and AI-assisted tools. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for GST, export, and income-tax compliance.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate business information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for content sent to clients via the platform.

4. Acceptable use

No fraudulent invoices, money laundering, or illegal services.
No uploading malware or infringing third-party IP.
No attempting to breach security or abuse API rate limits.
No reselling the service without written consent.

5. Intellectual property

InvoiceFlow owns the platform, branding, and code. You retain ownership of your invoices, client data, and uploads. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data to provide the service.

6. Billing & subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Razorpay in INR (GST inclusive where applicable). Subscriptions renew until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, export your data before closure; we may delete data per our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or tax penalties arising from your use of generated documents or AI output. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify InvoiceFlow against claims arising from your invoices, client disputes, or misuse of the platform.

10. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact support@invoiceflow.com before formal proceedings — we will attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days.
